Start the day right with our specialty coffee from Butterworth & Son, single variety juice from Moat Farm or a decadent hot chocolate from Darkroom Norwich.

Our breakfast menu is full of quality, house-made and locally-sourced food, including fresh sourdough from Filo & Twine. We proudly make our own sauces, preserves and fruit compotes - even our own baked beans!

Lunch
12pm - 2:30pm

Our menu changes with the seasons, with a focus on using high-quality, locally-sourced and foraged ingredients.

For dessert, you'll be spoiled for choice with daily specials and a counter full of treats!

SEASONAL SUPPER CLUB WITH ROSIE SYKES

Eat the seasons at our Supper Clubs in March, June, September and December.

Each curated menu is celebration of the bountiful fruits, vegetables and flavours of each season.

Spring - 6:30pm, Friday 28^th March

Tickets are £49 per person, inclusive of a welcome drink and three-course meal.

Community Lunch

On the last Sunday of each month, we hold a community lunch where locals, part-timers and visitors are all welcomed. It’s a great opportunity to connect with others over delicious food.

We believe that high-quality, locally-sourced and affordable food should be accessible to all. This two-course lunch is run on a pay-what-you-can basis, made possible by our wonderful volunteers and generous donations to our pay-it-forward scheme.

Corner Shop

Shop local at The Canteen – we stock a range of quality products from Butterworth & Son, Hodmedod’s, Number Eighteen Honey, Darkroom Chocolate and Mili Mendez Cacao. All locally produced in Suffolk and Norfolk!

We also have hand-crafted pieces from local makers in Southwold – sea glass jewellery by Helen Thrower and terrariums by Connie at The Glass Garden Co.

2025 Art Exhibitions

We are proud to exhibit collections of artwork by local artists for visitors to enjoy. Pieces are available to purchase during the exhibition.
